Cumming Group is seeking a Construction PM to lead schedules, scope, and cost for a Devens, MA project. You will drive value engineering, manage stakeholders, and prepare budgets and project plans from the outset.

The role requires 4+ years in project management, engineering, or construction management, with preferred CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications. Salary range shown with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience creating project management plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Ability to develop and drive action plans.
• Monitor scope and adjust as needed during the project.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections accurately.
• Know permitting processes and drive timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer and identify savings opportunities.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare project management plan and fee budget/proposal at outset.
• Evaluate docs and align client goals with the project team.
• Develop action plans to guide the project forward.
• Re-evaluate contract scope and recommend adjustments.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates and budgets.
• Organize document control for the project team.
• Drive permitting with local/state/federal agencies.
• Ensure design management aligns with client budgets and standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Other duties as assigned.
