Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs in the United States. You will plan, manage, and coordinate project schedules, scope, and costs, while driving value engineering and ensuring alignment with client goals and design standards.

You will prepare management plans and fee/budget proposals, monitor scope, communicate with stakeholders, and guide permitting through local, state, and federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred.
• Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Experience developing and driving action plans.
• Ability to monitor scope and adjust as needed.
• Knowledge of permitting process.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer projects to identify savings and substitutions.
• Communicate with project stakeholders.
• Prepare PM plan and budget proposals at project outset.
• Evaluate client goals and ensure alignment.
• Drive permitting processes with agencies.
• Ensure designs follow budget/scope and client standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
