Job summary

Cumming Group, a leading project and cost-management consultancy, seeks a Construction PM for a full-time on-site role in Devens, MA. The candidate will manage schedules, scopes, and costs, drive value engineering, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects meet budget and timeline targets.

Essential duties include preparing PM plans, evaluating client goals, and maintaining documentation while driving permitting and contract alignment.

Qualifications

Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
Evaluate documents and communicate the client's goals to project team.
