Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead landscaping construction projects from kickoff to completion. You will work with the operations team to ensure services align with contract specifications, budgets, and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, client communication, and hands-on collaboration across internal teams to convert construction projects into long-term maintenance contracts. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• BA in landscape architecture or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction/landscaping with field Experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite, scheduling, project management, and digitizing software.
• Strong work ethic and effective written and verbal communication are required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the operations team to deliver services per contract, on budget and on schedule.
• Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and review labor quantities for tracking.
• Ensure timely monthly billings and assist in change orders and receivables coordination.
• Serve as the main contact and trusted advisor to customers on installation issues.
• Gather customer needs, build relationships, and provide solutions to challenges.
• Ensure jobs meet plans, budgets, and deadlines; deliver regular reports and budgets.
