Responsibilities

• Support the PM team in coordinating design and engineering between engineers for processes, equipment, and installation.
• Assist PM in estimating, bidding, and subcontract procurement on projects.
• Support coordination and scheduling of construction management activities.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and reporting project status to the customer; develop proposals.
• Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures.
• Organize and maintain the file system and correspondence for the manager.
