Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team in coordinating design and engineering across customers' processes and equipment.
• Assist in estimating, bidding, and subcontract procurement on projects.
• Support scheduling of construction management activities.
• Assist in developing and reporting project status and proposals.
• Create and maintain departmental electronic files and brochures.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and transcribe minutes.
• Contribute to Gray’s safety program implementation and enforcement.
