Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) offers a 10–12 week Project/Construction Management Internship for Summer 2027 across multiple US locations. The role exposes students to CEI’s Commercial, Data Center, and Energy & Renewables markets, with hands-on duties from bidding to project closeout.

Ideal for undergraduates or grads pursuing Construction Management or related fields. No licensure required; eligibility to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current student studying Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate Phase: creating a bid strategy, getting quotations, and writing proposal letters.
• Pre-Construction: negotiating contract terms, creating an original budget and schedule, coordinating with production teams.
• Construction: managing materials, submittals, change orders, and documenting progress.
• Closeout: managing closeout documents, commissioning equipment, and returning excess material.
