• Enrolled in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related program.

Responsibilities

• Estimate Phase: create bid strategy, obtain quotations, write proposal letters.
• Pre-Construction: negotiate terms, build budget and schedule, coordinate with production.
• Construction: manage materials, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Closeout: manage closeout docs, commissioning, and material return.
