Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) offers a 10–12 week Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students to explore Commercial, Data Center, and Energy & Renewables markets.

Although headquartered in CA, CEI operates major projects and offices in several states including Ohio, offering exposure to real-world projects and cross-functional teams. You’ll work with project managers and field teams, gaining hands-on experience in estimating, pre-construction, construction, and closeout

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; current student in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• 0 years of experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimate phase activities: bid strategy, quotations, and proposal letters.
• Support pre-construction: budgeting, scheduling, plan with production team, organize docs, select subcontractors.
• Support construction: manage materials, submittals, change orders, logs, vendors, and RFIs.
• Support closeout: organize closeout docs and equipment commissioning.
