Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current student in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate Phase: create bid strategy, obtain quotations, write proposal letters.
• Pre-Construction: plan budget and schedule, coordinate with production, organize documents, select subcontractors.
• Construction: manage materials, submittals, change orders, and logs.
• Closeout: manage closeout documents and equipment commissioning.
