Qualifications

• Current student in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate Phase: Create bid strategy, obtain quotes, write proposal letters.
• Pre-Construction: Negotiate terms, draft budget and schedule, plan logistics with production team.
• Construction: Assist with materials, submittals, change orders, and site documentation.
• Closeout: Compile closeout documents and assist with commissioning.
