Job summary

Augrade, an AI-native platform, is building a 4D scheduling feature by combining 3D modeling with planning data. We seek a construction leader who has run projects end-to-end and can bring judgment to product and engineering decisions.

You will read blueprints daily, collaborate with engineering on AI aspects (no coding required), and travel to the office in SF roughly one week per month, with relocation available if needed.

Qualifications

• Construction background spanning both planning and execution — not planning alone.
• Extensive, hands‑on project management experience — PM role, not engineering.
• Experience overseeing/managing project managers in construction, end-to-end.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
• Open to relocation.

Augrade is an AI Native platform Accelerating construction workflows to help Owners, Real estate developers & GCs, predict project risk, prevent delays & protect their margins across every stage of the project, from concept to completion & beyond.

We’ve been around for 3 yrs but started active projects in the last 11 months, have since then completed 120+ projects worth $5.8B across 5 countries with a small highly technical team of 32 people. We have 2 main offices in SF & Blr with 2 more opening soon in Dubai & Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

We're building Augrade's 4D scheduling feature — combining 3D modeling with time/planning data, powered by AI. We're looking for someone who has actually run construction projects end-to-end and managed the people who run them, and who is ready to bring that judgment into how we build an AI-powered scheduling product.

What We Offer

• Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 USD base. Actual pay is determined by experience, skills, and location, and may fall outside this range in exceptional cases. This role may also be eligible for equity.
