Job summary

Hercules Fence of Maryland, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the VA/DC/MD area, coordinating bids, submittals, and on-site activities. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure high-quality perimeter security installations.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, a high school diploma (college degree desirable), and experience with federal contracts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree desirable.
• 3–5 years of proven project management experience.
• Experience working with federal contracts.
• Experience in fencing/perimeter security preferred but not required.
• Must be located in the United States and able to commute to office and job sites; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project hand-off meetings and review bid documents and correspondence.
• Negotiate contracts to clarify scope and minimize risk.
• Prepare subcontracts and support internal project setup.
• Create and maintain project logs (submittals, RFIs, change orders, materials, equipment, labor, punch lists).
• Coordinate material deliveries and coordinate with production on-site; manage work orders and budgets.
