Job summary

Hercules Fence, a top-tier perimeter security expert, is seeking a driven Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects from kickoff to closeout, delivering exceptional client service and flawless execution.

You will lead kickoff meetings, review bid documents, negotiate contracts, coordinate material orders, and oversee budgets, timelines, and on-site coordination with production teams. 3–5 years PM experience; high school diploma required; college degree a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management.
• Fencing or security industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings and review bid documents.
• Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to clarify scope.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries.
• Present work orders to production with specs, timelines, budgets.
• Communicate with production teams and conduct on-site visits.
• Track WIP, manage budgets, and perform post-project analysis.
• Spot and manage change order opportunities: pricing, scope, negotiation.
• Oversee project close-out: warranties, manuals, as-builts.
• Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator.
• Maintain a service-first attitude and professional demeanor.
