Job summary

Hercules Fence, a top-tier perimeter security expert, is seeking a driven Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects from kickoff to closeout, delivering exceptional client service and flawless execution.

You will lead kickoff meetings, review bid documents, negotiate contracts, coordinate material orders, and oversee budgets, timelines, and on-site coordination with production teams. 3–5 years PM experience; high school diploma required; college degree a plus.

• 3–5 years in project management.
• Fencing or security industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings and review bid documents.

• Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator.

Hercules Fence stands as the top-tier fence and perimeter security experts in the VA/DC/MD region, handling high-profile commercial and high-security installations across prestigious U.S. sites. We're searching for a driven Project Manager to take multiple projects from kickoff to closeout-bringing exceptional client service and flawless execution.

Your Role - What You'll Do:

• Lead project kickoff meetings, reviewing bid documents and correspondence
• Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to clarify scope and mitigate risk
• Place material orders after approvals and coordinate deliveries
• Present detailed work orders to production: specs, drawings, timelines, budgets
• Communicate closely with production teams and conduct on-site visits as needed
• Track Work-in-Progress (WIP), manage budgets, and perform post-project analysis
• Spot and manage change order opportunities: pricing, scope, negotiation
• Oversee project close-out: warranties, commissioning, manuals, as-builts
• Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator
• A positive, service-first attitude- clients come first
• Strong organizational skills- juggling tasks and deadlines effortlessly
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly accountable, independent, and proactive
• A professional, respectful demeanor- ready to lead on-site and in-office
• Education: High school diploma required; college degree a plus

Requirements:

• U.S.-based with reliable commute to office and job sites
• Pass background checks for government-site access
• Valid driver's license
