Job summary

Hercules Fence of Maryland, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial fencing and perimeter security projects from kickoff to closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality on local projects in the Jessup area.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, business development, and continuous improvement to support growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing commercial construction or fencing projects at a senior level.
Strong understanding of project management principles, contracts, and construction processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance to project teams and field personnel.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Analyze RFPs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and resource needs.
Prepare and review cost estimates, technical proposals, and pre-construction documentation.
Identify value engineering opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
