Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Junior to Mid Construction Project Manager to join the Critical Environments team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role requires 3+ years in construction project management and 2+ years handling critical environment projects such as data centers or hospitals.

MEP experience and strong communication are essential. Expect 4-5 days per week onsite, with opportunities to manage high-visibility projects, mentor teams, and engage with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience in building design and construction.
• Bachelors, Associates, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment projects (data centers, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components of other projects.
• Mentor teams and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Align project outcomes with client vision as a trusted partner.
