Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project scope, mentor teams, and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Manage project risk, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure alignment with the owner's vision.
