MGAC is a global boutique consultancy seeking a Mid to Senior Construction Planning Project Manager with P6 experience to lead critical environments projects in Fort Wayne, IN. The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to drive schedule, budget, and risk management across high-visibility data center and hospital projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• 2+ years of P6 experience in ground-up, vertical construction scheduling.
• 2+ years experience managing critical environment construction projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ambitious and growth-oriented in a modern firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating elements of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule recovery.
