Job summary

MGAC Fort Wayne is seeking a Junior to Mid Construction Project Manager to lead high-visibility projects in data centers and healthcare environments. You will own project scope, mentor teams, and drive schedule, budget, and risk management while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in construction project management, a construction-related degree, and strong leadership and communication skills; candidates should be prepared for 4-5 days onsite weekly in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management.
• Bachelor's or Associate in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ambitious with a growth focus in a modern firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating components.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client's vision as a trusted partner.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, vendors.
