Regency Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects across Northeast Ohio.

You will manage full lifecycle projects, collaborate with clients and trade partners, and drive high-standard execution while supporting a growing team. The role involves ownership of project outcomes, daily site oversight, and aggressive schedule and budget management to deliver premier facilities in Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Non-Profit, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 3 years of related construction management experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with CMR and GMP delivery processes.
• Experience managing projects in Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Non-Profit, or Civic sectors.
• OSHA 30-hour training (or willingness to obtain) and a Valid Driver's License.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, financial reporting, pay applications, and constructability reviews.
• Strong communication, organizational, and risk management skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete management for assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Monitor daily site progress, safety compliance, and quality control with on-site staff and engineers.
• Manage all project financial metrics including budgets, contracts, pay apps, and change orders.
• Participate in early preconstruction phases including estimates.
• Lead GMP assembly, bidding, and documentation.
• Build relationships with owners, architects, subs, and vendors regionally.
• Mentor project engineers and staff focusing on safety, budget, and schedule.
