Regency Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects across Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 3 years of related construction management experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with CMR and GMP delivery processes.
• Experience managing projects in Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Non-Profit, or Civic sectors.
• OSHA 30-hour training (or willingness to obtain) and a Valid Driver's License.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, financial reporting, pay applications, and constructability reviews.
• Strong communication, organizational, and risk management skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete management for assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Monitor daily site progress, safety compliance, and quality control with on-site staff and engineers.
• Manage all project financial metrics including budgets, contracts, pay apps, and change orders.
• Participate in early preconstruction phases including estimates.

Construction Project Manager – Lead Commercial Projects Across Northeast Ohio | Regency Construction Services, Inc.

Job Overview

• Company: Regency Construction Services, Inc.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 to $120,000 per year (Salary) plus Annual Bonus.
• Location: Cleveland, OH.
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Work at the office and/or site daily; up to 10% travel required).
• Project Scope: Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Non-Profit, and Civic Projects.
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: 30 hour OSHA Training (Regency can provide) and Valid Driver's License.

You will lead day-to-day project operations to deliver impactful commercial construction projects across Northeast Ohio. This role offers you the platform to manage full project lifecycles, collaborate directly with clients and trade partners, and drive high-standard execution.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide complete management for assigned construction projects from preconstruction and through successful final closeout.
• Monitor daily site progress, safety compliance, and quality control in close coordination with on-site superintendents and engineers.
• Manage all project financial metrics, including budget tracking, contracts, pay applications, and change order management.
• Participate in early preconstruction phases, including programmatic, schematic, and design development estimates.
• Lead project Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) assembly, bidding efforts, and comprehensive assumption documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors across the region.
• Mentor project engineers and administrative staff while maintaining a focus on safety, budget, and schedule performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of 3 years of related construction management experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) delivery processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Non-Profit, or Civic sectors.
• 30-hour OSHA training certificate (or willingness to obtain via company-provided training) and a Valid Driver's License.
• Solid technical understanding of construction contracts, financial reporting, pay applications, and constructability reviews.
• Strong communication, organizational, and risk management skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency with scheduling and management software such as P6, Procore, PlanGrid, and MS Office tools.
• Established local network and working relationships with subcontractors in the Northeast Ohio area.
• Strong commitment to team values including coachability, responsibility ownership, and maintaining a positive attitude.
