Responsibilities

• Create and submit weekly payroll reports for government contracts.
• Verify compliance with labor laws and prevailing wage rates.
• Gather and confirm wage information for payroll.
• Audit subcontractor payroll and monitor money transfers.
• Process adjustments in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and sensitive information.
• Track licenses (CSLB and City/County Business Licenses).
• Manage subcontracts and coordination with GMs.
