Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile, review, and validate timekeeping records for weekly payroll.
• Enter and maintain payroll data in ADP Workforce Now with accuracy.
• Review hours, timecards, and payroll documents for discrepancies.
• Support payroll for construction/infrastructure roles, including prevailing wage.
• Access and reconcile timekeeping data using Spectrum/HCSS HeavyJob.
• Prepare weekly/monthly payroll reports and supporting docs in Excel.
• Assist with payroll audits and maintain employee payroll files.
• Communicate with regional teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing info.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet payroll deadlines.
• Provide additional admin support to the payroll team as needed.
