Job summary

ResourceMFG in Texas is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our growing team in Harlingen. You will oversee accurate payroll processing, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies while handling hourly and salaried employees.

The role requires experience with ADP and strong Excel skills, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a permanent full-time employment path. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with hourly and salaried payroll processing.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Review timecards and attendance for accuracy.
• Calculate commissions, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Verify payroll changes, deductions, and garnishments.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Coordinate with management on payroll questions and corrections.
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
• Assist with payroll reporting and data analysis in Excel.
