Cash Construction, a MasTec company, is hiring a Payroll Specialist to process weekly payroll, manage timecards, and handle garnishments with accuracy. You will support quarterly payroll tax returns, ensure SOX compliance, and coordinate with HR and Finance.

This on-site role in Texas requires strong communication and payroll system experience, with backup duties as needed. You will work with Viewpoint/Oracle/ADP, plus Excel and Power BI, ensuring timely, compliant payroll operations for the

Qualificações

• Bilingual capability required.
• At least 2 years of accounting, payroll or related business experience.
• Experience with Viewpoint, Oracle, ADP, Power BI, Excel, B2W and Teams preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, SOX controls and payroll compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly payroll using time capture systems and proof pre-entered data.
• Remit garnishments to outside agencies and manage related documentation.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax returns and SOX compliance.
• Support Finance and Accounting functions and provide backup coverage.
• Post payroll related data and coordinate with HR for information cross-checks.
