Job summary

Payroll4Construction is seeking Software Support Representatives in Strongsville, OH, to deliver software assistance and payroll processing support for construction clients. Training will be provided in our accounting and project management software system.

You will join a team that handles client inquiries, documents issues, and collaborates across departments to resolve payroll processing challenges. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing or payroll department involvement preferred.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a structured process and follow protocols.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and keeping records.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with software usage questions and issues.
• Help clients prepare and submit payroll for processing.
• Collaborate with departments to fix payroll issues.
• Log client issues in call-center software with details.
• Notify internal teams of client-reported technical problems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software modules and industry factors.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a professional company image.
• Provide thorough assistance and support to clients and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned
