Job summary

Payroll4Construction, a leading payroll services provider for the construction industry, is seeking Software Support Representatives. You will assist clients with software use and payroll submissions, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.

All representatives begin with a 2-4 week intensive training program to learn our accounting and project management software system, with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience or involvement in a corporate payroll department is preferred.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions regarding software use or issues.
• Assist clients with preparing and submitting their payroll for processing.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve payroll processing and reporting issues.
• Track client issues in call-center software and record details accurately.
• Communicate with internal departments to notify of technical issues clients face.
• Maintain expertise with software, new modules, and industry factors.
• Follow all SOPs and present a professional image to clients.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
