You will handle 3-4 hours daily on the phone, document issues in CRM, and stay current with product updates while supporting internal departments. Salary plus bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries addressing issues, questions, or assistance on software use or implementation.
• Spend 3-4 hours daily on the phone resolving client issues.

• Maintain expertise in software, modules, and relevant industry factors.
• Adhere to all SOPs and company standards.
