Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Construction industry payroll experience required.
• Union payroll experience required.
• Multi-state payroll experience required.
• Knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage regulations.
• Experience with high-volume payroll for field and corporate employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states.
• Oversee union payroll processing and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
• Review and approve weekly/bi-weekly payroll runs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Manage certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage requirements.
