Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead our construction partnerships, win new employer partners and grow existing accounts. You will manage a pipeline, convert leads to apprenticeships and collaborate with curriculum and delivery teams to ensure what is sold is delivered well.

We value sector knowledge in construction, strong relationship skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales within construction.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and pipeline.
• Knowledge of bid processes and funding routes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win new employer partners and grow existing accounts.
• Grow the construction sector pipeline from main contractors to trades.
• Record and report pipeline, conversion and income in the CRM.
• Collaborate with curriculum and delivery teams to ensure value is delivered.
