About The Role

Total Tennis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesperson to grow our presence in the tennis and pickleball court construction industry. Responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closing with various clients, navigating longer sales cycles, and collaborating with project teams.

We specialize in high-quality tennis and pickleball court construction, serving private residences, sports clubs, and large-scale contracts. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and build client relationships through networking and outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Educate clients on our services and solutions.
  • Master our construction and surfacing offerings to confidently present solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with construction teams for project success.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in construction sales and estimating with direct client interaction.
  • Ability to read and interpret bid documents and plans.
  • Experience with long-term sales cycles and client relationship development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
