DSG is hiring a Construction Outside Sales Account Manager for the Minot, ND area. The role focuses on promoting DSG products to contractors and industrial accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.

Travel up to 125 miles, collaborate with Inside Sales, and develop new opportunities while promoting new products and programs. Competitive compensation, ESOP, and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; postsecondary degree is preferred.
• Two or more years of college/technical schooling or 3-5 years field experience in construction products.
• Strong sales skills with a proven territory development track record.

Mansioni

• Travel up to 125 miles of a branch to manage and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to drive territory growth and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities and accounts.
• Introduce and demonstrate new products and marketing programs.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Purchasing on product demand changes.
• Facilitate the customer ordering process and handle order inquiries.
