Job summary

Superior Products Distributors, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships across its core operating area.

You will sell concrete accessories, site and pipe products, waterworks, special services, equipment rentals, instrumentation, landscape products, and more. Responsibilities include generating new business, servicing assigned accounts, and collaborating with Sales Management and Product Managers to meet sales and profitability

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a degree in business, construction management, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the construction industry is required; sales or customer service background is needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, market, and sell core product lines and services.
• Maintain and service assigned customers while generating new business with approvals.
• Build relationships with qualified contractors and promote product lines.
• Participate in product training with Product Managers and Vendors.
• Read and interpret project plans for accurate quotations in Eclipse ERP.
• Complete initial training and schedule additional product and system training as needed.
• Review daily Sales Orders for pricing, accuracy, and profitability.
• Ensure quotes and bids meet gross profit margins.
• Develop and grow assigned accounts across product, rental, and service offerings.
• Attend Trade Shows and Sales Meetings as required.
• Maintain timely call reports and customer activity in CRM.
