Superior Product Distributors, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to establish, maintain, and grow relationships across our core operating area, selling concrete accessories, site and pipe products, waterworks, special services, equipment and supplies, equipment rentals, instrumentation, landscape products, and other Superior product and service lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business, construction management, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the construction industry is required
• Experience in sales or customer service is required with strong client communication
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic sales tools; ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow accounts, sell concrete accessories, Site & Pipe, Waterworks, and related products
• Maintain and service assigned customers while generating new business with manager approval for new accounts
• Build relationships with contractors and maintain professional rapport
• Participate in product training with Product Managers and Vendors
• Read plans and prepare quotations in Eclipse ERP and submittal data for customers
• Attend trade shows and sales meetings when requested
