Job summary

Burlington offers an internship in Property Development in New Jersey, designed to mirror a full-time associate’s day and provide hands-on exposure to vendor strategy, financial analysis, and strategic planning at a leading off-price retailer.

The 10-week program includes shadowing days, mentorship from Construction Operations, and capstone project presentation to senior leadership. Hybrid schedule and relocation benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Expected to complete a Bachelor's degree between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Interest in analytics, procurement, process improvement, and business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing vendor relationships, hosting QBRs, and financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Support management with quarterly, monthly, and/or weekly reporting.
• Maintain and organize vendor information.
• Help prepare presentations and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
