Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Sustainability Intern to support our Sustainability, Environmental Compliance and Analytics team during a 10-week summer program. You will gain hands-on exposure to environmental data analytics, renewable energy management, and compliance tasks while shadowing experienced associates.

You will work in a hybrid schedule, participate in in-person programming, and receive mentorship from a designated buddy. Travel to Burlington offices is required across the region.

Qualifications

• In-progress Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Data Analytics, Energy Management, or related field.
• Strong Excel and Word skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability data analytics, energy management, and environmental compliance efforts.
• Assist in renewable energy analytics and tracking, including data reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate data and documentation for sustainability disclosures and compliance programs.
