Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. offers a 10-week summer internship in Finance at our New Jersey corporate headquarters. You will work alongside industry leaders on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning within a leading off-price retailer.

You will receive direct mentorship, networking opportunities with leadership, and a capstone project presentation to finance leaders. The program features a hybrid model (2 in-office days every other week) and relocation benefits for

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Affinity for finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support management with quarterly, monthly and/or weekly reporting.
• Maintain and organize financial data.
• Help prepare presentations and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects.
