Job summary

Burlington Stores invites applications for a Sustainability Intern to gain hands-on exposure within our Sustainability, Environmental Compliance and Analytics teams. You will work on data analytics, renewable energy management, and cross-functional collaboration to support disclosures and reporting.

The program features leadership development, mentorship, and a hybrid schedule with in-person activities. Relocation benefits are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Data Analytics, Energy Management, Climate Studies, or related field.
• Expected to complete a Bachelor's degree between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Interest in sustainability, environmental analytics, energy and waste data, GHG, renewable energy, and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability analytics and data reporting for energy, waste, and emissions.
• Assist in renewable energy data tracking and reporting processes.
• Coordinate data for compliance programs with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements and identify data gaps.
