Responsibilities

• Track and verify employee hours by project.
• Maintain and monitor employee time records using Chronotek.
• Review and reconcile gas card transactions.
• Track material purchases and verify project charges.
• Coordinate and monitor truck maintenance and service schedules.
• Track vehicle locations using GPS/camera systems.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records.
• Communicate with field employees to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with other operations and administrative tasks.
