Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery. You will assist planning, scheduling, meetings, documentation, and status reporting, acting as the main liaison with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in construction, IT, or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/admin or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or admin experience.
• Experience in construction, IT, or engineering contexts is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project tasks.
• Maintain schedules, timelines, and milestone charts.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and resources.
• Serve as main point of contact for project inquiries.
• Facilitate communication among clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare status reports and manage budgets and expenses.
• Track risks and issues; help with mitigation strategies.
