Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading field operations and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contracts, equipment, and personnel.
• OSHA and safety regulation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely, quality installation of contracted work across projects or scopes.
• Instill culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors; conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain project schedule and monitor critical milestones with stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project team; build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Participate in close-out activities, punch lists, and operations training.
• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate work; participate in recruiting top talent.
