Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Bloomington, IL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field and office teams, schedule projects, and drive revenue growth for door and security product installations and service.

The role partners with installers and techs to ensure timely completion while pursuing New Construction and Service work opportunities. The position requires strong people leadership, budgeting, and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing field and office personnel, sales, projects, budgets and financials, ordering materials, and interfacing with customers and sales staff.
• Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM systems.
• Analytical skills to evaluate operational data and drive improvements.
• Willingness to train up to three times during first 90 days in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee/job scheduling and troubleshooting.
• Manage day-to-day operations with urgency in a fast-paced culture.
• Understand and communicate operational and sales procedures to meet budgets.
• Call on customers for sales opportunities and prepare bids and quotes.
• Maximize department capacity with proper routing and schedules.
• Lead safety meetings and financial reviews with senior management.
