Qualifications

• Must manage daily operations and prioritise messages.
• Provide professional client communications and updates.
• Coordinate craftsmen schedules, arrivals, materials, and site needs.
• Prepare and share next-day schedule by 13:00.
• Coordinate inspections, addresses, access, delays and changes.
• Ensure timely information flow to client, craftsmen, driver or management.
• Maintain accurate schedules and updates in Google Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Monitor channels (WhatsApp, Email, Werkspot) and act promptly.
• Respond professionally and keep clients updated.
• Manage schedules, arrivals and site requirements for craftsmen.
• Publish next-day schedule by 13:00 to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspections, access, delays and changes.
• Ensure correct information reaches all parties at the right time.
• Keep schedules and updates up-to-date in Google Calendar.
• Oversee transport stops, timings, tools, and materials.
• Keep communications short, clear, and professional; ask before instructing.
• Resolve routine issues independently; escalate critical matters immediately.
• Re-check channels before sign-off to ensure completeness.
