Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a Construction Support Leader to provide operational support to BVCI/OCI Presidents from our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS. The role partners across Construction Operations, Finance, Estimating, Communications, HR, Legal, and project leadership to strengthen execution and develop a next-generation workforce.

The position emphasizes licensing stewardship, proposal coordination, training enablement, cost control, and strategic communications

Qualifications

12 years' experience in construction management, operations, pre-construction, or relevant field.
Experience coordinating licensing, credentialing, or regulatory compliance processes.
Ability to develop communications, presentations, and operational resources for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

Office Operations & Field Readiness: support field offices and WHQ, coordinate meetings and updates, assess readiness.
Proposal, Pre-Construction & Special Projects: lead coordination with segments, manage SMEs, inputs and risks.
Licensing & Compliance Stewardship: lead licensing across jurisdictions, ensure auditable records, mitigate risk.
Performance, Reporting & Analytics: track metrics, support decisions and reporting.
