This role oversees a small team of office professionals handling customer service, permitting, product ordering, payroll, and accounts receivable while keeping the office organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of office management experience, preferably within the construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office systems, reporting, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of office staff.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop team members as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
