This hands-on leadership role goes beyond supervision, offering a clear path to a General Manager as the company grows.

You will coordinate field crews, manage production schedules, and oversee warehouse and materials across Vero Beach, Melbourne, and Port St. Lucie.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role with a proven track record.
• Ability to run a production schedule across multiple jobs.
• Experience with vendors, warehouse logistics, and multi-location coordination.
• Strong ownership mentality and autonomy.
• Ambitious with growth path to General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule field crews across all locations in tandem with the office manager.
