Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of office management experience in construction/remodeling/home improvement
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency with office systems, reporting, and administrative processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of office staff and foster a productive, customer-focused environment
• Oversee permitting, product ordering/receiving, payroll processing, and accounts receivable
• Prepare and review operational reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for staff
