Window World is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and support our growing operation in the home improvement industry. The role oversees a small team of office professionals handling customer service, permitting, product ordering, receiving, payroll, and accounts receivable.

• Minimum of 5 years of office management experience in construction/remodeling/home improvement
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with office systems, reporting, and administrative processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily activities of office staff and foster a productive, customer-focused environment
• Oversee permitting, product ordering/receiving, payroll processing, and accounts receivable
• Prepare and review operational reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for staff
