We are currently looking for a Construction Office Administrator to join our team.

We need someone with a construction background, who is organized and able to work independently to meet our requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain all office paperwork and manage online programs.
  • Sort and send mail and emails.
  • Maintain files (Job, Vendor, Employee, etc.).
  • Write reports, letters, invoices, and other documents.
  • Track jobs, employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and take appropriate actions.
  • Schedule meetings, inspections, and manage the office calendar.
  • Greet visitors and screen visitors as needed.
Requirements
  • Flexible and able to prioritize new tasks.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Excellent writing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Background in accounting and payroll.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, Payroll systems, etc.
