Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association in Rosemont, IL seeks a Construction Loan Administrator II to manage complex commercial construction loan disbursements, review budgets, verify documentation, and ensure liens are cleared to preserve the bank's collateral position.

You will coordinate with the Construction Loan Project Manager and internal partners, monitor budget changes and draw requests, and prepare accurate portfolio reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent related work experience.
• 3-5+ years administering complex commercial construction loan disbursements.
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of loan documents.
• Ability to mitigate construction risks.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets confirming that sources of funds and loan commitment are sufficient to complete project.
• Identify and communicate project progress and issues to the Construction Loan Project Manager.
• Identify and verify documentation necessary for loan disbursements and ensure accuracy.
• Recommend approval to the Construction Loan Project Manager for disbursements of commercial construction loans.
